1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using EZer app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

EZer is a personal finance tracking application that helps you:

• Manually track expenses and income
• Create and manage savings goals
• Set and monitor budgets
• View analytics and spending patterns
• Use quick add templates for recurring transactions

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

• Ensuring all data you enter is accurate
• Maintaining the security of your account
• Making your own financial decisions
• Consulting qualified professionals for financial advice

5. Plans & Pricing

EZer offers two plans:

• Free Plan: Basic features with usage limits (3 accounts, 3 budgets, 2 goals, etc.) - free forever
• Plus Plan: Unlimited features at Kč99/month for Czech Republic

Auto-Renewable Subscription Terms (Apple App Store)

By subscribing to Plus on iOS, you agree to the following:

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID Account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription Period: EZer Plus is a monthly auto-renewable subscription.
• Auto-Renewal: Your subscription will automatically renew unless you turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• Renewal Charge: Your Apple ID Account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same price.
• Free Trial: If offered, any unused portion of a free trial will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.

Managing Your Subscription

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time:

• On iPhone/iPad: Go to Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → EZer Plus → Cancel Subscription
• On Mac: Open the App Store → Click your name → Account Settings → Subscriptions → Manage → EZer Plus
• Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period
• No refunds for partial subscription periods

Google Play Store Subscriptions

For Android users subscribing via Google Play:

• Payment will be charged to your Google Play Account at confirmation of purchase
• Subscription automatically renews unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
• Manage subscriptions in Google Play Store → Menu → Subscriptions

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by EZer and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
