Be Specific

Describe exactly what happened and what you expected to happen. The more details, the better.

Steps to Reproduce

List the exact steps needed to recreate the issue. This helps us fix it faster.

Device Information

Include your device model, OS version, and app version if possible.

Screenshots

If possible, take screenshots showing the issue. You can email them to support@ezerapp.com referencing your report.

Common Issues & Quick Fixes

Transactions Not Syncing

Try: Check SMS permissions → Restart app → Ensure internet connection is stable.

App Crashing

Try: Clear app cache → Update to latest version → Restart device. If issue persists, report it above.

Backup/Restore Issues

Try: Check Google Drive permissions → Ensure sufficient storage → Verify internet connection.

Biometric Lock Not Working

Try: Re-enable biometric authentication in Settings → Verify device biometric settings → Use PIN as backup.
