We retain your data for as long as your account is active. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app.
EZer is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

The AI Parse feature, available to Plus subscribers, uses third-party AI providers to extract transactions from bank and credit card statements. When you use this feature, the statement file (PDF, image, or CSV) is sent to the AI provider you select.
EZer does NOT store your statement file on its servers. AI providers may retain the file temporarily (typically 30 days) for abuse prevention and service quality, per their own privacy policies.
AI Parse is opt-in only — you are prompted for explicit consent on first use. You can revoke consent anytime in Settings → Privacy. Without consent, AI Parse is disabled; all other features continue to work locally.
You have the right not to be subject to decisions based solely on automated processing. EZer's AI categorization and parse results are recommendations; you can always review, edit, or reject them before importing. You can request human review by contacting support@ezerapp.com.
