By downloading, installing, or using EZer app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. Description of Service

EZer is a personal finance tracking application that helps you:

  • Manually track expenses and income
  • Create and manage savings goals
  • Set and monitor budgets
  • View analytics and spending patterns
  • Use quick add templates for recurring transactions

3. What EZer Is NOT

Important: EZer is a tracking and organization tool only. EZer does NOT:

  • Provide financial, investment, or tax advice
  • Guarantee any specific financial outcomes
  • Connect directly to your bank accounts
  • Move or transfer money
  • Verify the accuracy of data you enter

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring all data you enter is accurate
  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • Making your own financial decisions
  • Consulting qualified professionals for financial advice

5. Plans & Pricing

EZer offers two plans:

  • Free Plan: Basic features with usage limits (3 accounts, 3 budgets, 2 goals, etc.) - free forever
  • Plus Plan: Unlimited features at CHF 4.49/month for Switzerland

Bedingungen für automatisch verlängernde Abonnements (Apple App Store)

Mit dem Abonnement von Plus auf iOS stimmst du Folgendem zu:

  • Zahlung: Die Zahlung wird bei Kaufbestätigung von deinem Apple-ID-Konto abgebucht.
  • Abonnementzeitraum: EZer Plus ist ein monatliches, automatisch verlängerndes Abonnement.
  • Automatische Verlängerung: Dein Abonnement verlängert sich automatisch, es sei denn, du deaktivierst die automatische Verlängerung mindestens 24 Stunden vor Ende des aktuellen Abrechnungszeitraums.
  • VerlängerungsgebĂĽhr: Dein Apple-ID-Konto wird innerhalb von 24 Stunden vor Ende des aktuellen Zeitraums zum gleichen Preis belastet.
  • Kostenlose Testversion: Falls angeboten, verfällt ein ungenutzter Teil einer kostenlosen Testversion beim Kauf eines Abonnements.

Dein Abonnement verwalten

Du kannst dein Abonnement jederzeit verwalten oder kĂĽndigen:

  • iPhone/iPad: Einstellungen → [Dein Name] → Abonnements → EZer Plus
  • Mac: App Store → Account → Accounteinstellungen → Abonnements

Die Kündigung wird am Ende des aktuellen Abrechnungszeitraums wirksam. Du behältst bis dahin Zugriff auf die Plus-Funktionen.

Google Play Store Abonnements

Für Android-Nutzer werden Abonnements über den Google Play Store verwaltet. Zum Verwalten oder Kündigen: Google Play Store → Menü → Abonnements → EZer Plus.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by EZer and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

8. Disclaimer

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
