1. 利用規約の承諾

By downloading, installing, or using EZer app ("the App"), you agree to be bound by these 利用規約. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the App.

2. サービスの説明

EZer is a personal finance tracking application that helps you:

  • Manually track expenses and income
  • Create and manage savings goals
  • Set and monitor budgets
  • View analytics and spending patterns
  • Use quick add templates for recurring transactions

3. EZerでないもの

Important: EZer is a tracking and organization tool only. EZer does NOT:

  • Provide financial, investment, or tax advice
  • Guarantee any specific financial outcomes
  • Connect directly to your bank accounts
  • Move or transfer money
  • Verify the accuracy of data you enter

4. ユーザーの責任

You are responsible for:

  • Ensuring all data you enter is accurate
  • Maintaining the security of your account
  • Making your own financial decisions
  • Consulting qualified professionals for financial advice

5. プランと料金

EZer offers two plans:

  • Free Plan: Basic features with usage limits (3 accounts, 3 budgets, 2 goals, etc.) - free forever
  • Plus Plan: Unlimited features at ¥500/month for Japan

自動更新サブスクリプション規約（Apple App Store）

iOSでPlusに登録することにより、以下に同意するものとします：

  • お支払い： 購入確認時にApple IDアカウントに請求されます。
  • サブスクリプション期間： EZer Plusは月額自動更新サブスクリプションです。
  • 自動更新： 現在の請求期間終了の24時間前までに自動更新をオフにしない限り、サブスクリプションは自動的に更新されます。
  • 更新料金： 現在の期間終了の24時間以内に、同じ価格でApple IDアカウントに更新料金が請求されます。
  • 無料トライアル： 提供されている場合、サブスクリプション購入時に無料トライアルの未使用部分は失効します。

サブスクリプションの管理

いつでもサブスクリプションを管理またはキャンセルできます：

  • iPhone/iPad： 設定 → [あなたの名前] → サブスクリプション → EZer Plus
  • Mac： App Store → アカウント → アカウント設定 → サブスクリプション

キャンセルは現在の請求期間の終了時に有効になります。それまでPlus機能へのアクセスは維持されます。

Google Playストアサブスクリプション

Androidユーザーの場合、サブスクリプションはGoogle Playストアで管理されます。管理またはキャンセル：Google Playストア → メニュー → 定期購入 → EZer Plus。

6. 知的財産権

The App, including all content, features, and functionality, is owned by EZer and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

7. 責任の制限

To the maximum extent permitted by law, EZer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the App.

8. 免責事項

The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be error-free or uninterrupted.

9. 利用規約の変更

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
